What Do You Do When Rent is Late?

As a landlord, what do you do against defaulting tenants? How do you cope with late rent payments? Read this article and know more.

Eviction notice/attorney letter: Another thing you may do to follow up the actions previously taken is to announce your lawyer to write an eviction notice to the tenant instructing him to pay or face the consequences.
